Since 1996, Merced Civic Ballet & Merced Academy of Dance have been performing The Nutcracker for the Merced-Atwater community, and we cannot wait to share it again! Each year, Buhach Colony High School Theatre hosts our production of three school outreach performances and three public performances, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Tickets are available online at buy.tututix.com/mercedacademyofdance and in the Box Office one hour before each performance. Assigned seating prices range from $20.00-$30.00 each.
School Outreach Performances:
Embark on an enchanted journey alongside toy soldiers, dancing snowflakes, and the Sugar Plum Fairy in a 75-minute field trip! Included in your ticket is viewing to an abridged version of the ballet and a cast Q&A session afterwards. Reserve student and chaperone tickets for only $4.00 to any of the dates below!

Nutcracker Sweet Shop:
Along with the Land of the Sweets, visit our Nutcracker Sweet Shop in the theatre foyer! We offers various Nutcracker and Ballet themed treats such as homemade sweets, crafts, flowers, and hand decorated pointe shoes; additionally, we offer a variety of gift baskets in our silent auction. The entirety of the proceeds from our Nutcracker Sweet Shop will go towards funding the Melanie and Michelle Scholarships granted by the Melanie Stanley Stuart Michelle (MSSM) Foundation.
