Our Sweet Shop is located in the theatre foyer each year and is filled with all sorts of goodies from handmade crafts, desserts, student-decorated pointe shoes, flowers, and silent auction gift baskets. Each item is donated and the proceeds go towards funding year-long ballet scholarships gifted by the Melanie, Stanley, Stuart, Michelle (MSSM) Foundation.

We encourage each class to donated a fully assembled gift basket themed after their level’s roles. Lists and ideas can be found inside your Performance Packet.

Donations are due by November 14th.

Each year, we are able to provide a beautiful, glossy print program thanks to the support of our dance families who sell and/or buy advertising space. This year, we are asking each family to sell at least one advertisement, and if you sell a full or half page sized advert, you will receive 10% off of your dancer’s next month’s tuition.

Advertisement sizes and placements are listed below. Acceptable payment methods include: check (payable to: Merced Academy of Dance), cash, and credit/debit cards (subject to a 3% service fee).

Full Page — Front Inside Cover ($400.00), Back Inside Cover ($350.00)

Half Page — Center ($250.00) or Back of Program ($200.00)

Business Card — $75.00

Congratulations Message (60 characters) — $25.00
